Is there an enrollment fee?
A non-refundable $25 per student enrollment fee will be collected upon registration.
How and when are instructional and program fees charged?
The registration fee is deducted upon registration. Upon registration approval, tuition payments (instructional and any program fees) will be divided into six payments – 1st payment deducted upon registration approval, with five equal monthly payments September 1, October 1, November 1, December 1, January 1.
Is enrollment a full-year commitment?
Yes. Due to limited class sizes, enrollment in the CHCA Center for Dance is a year-long financial and participation commitment.
Is enrollment a full-time commitment?
Yes. For students enrolled in technique classes only, enrollment is for the full year, and the fee will be based on the full year. However, withdrawals for non-competition fees and classes effective for the second semester will be accepted if submitted by November 2 to the Program Director and Fine Arts Director using the CHCA Center for Dance withdrawal form.
If your student withdraws from a competition team(s) during the year, you are still responsible for the full amount of your financial commitment for the full year, including both instruction and program fees.

Competition team program fees have been eliminated. Items such as costumes, choreography, mandatory and optional registration fees, and any mandatory media fees will be billed directly in Jackrabbit.
